Jerry Anders
CEO / FOUNDER - Apex Risk Mitigation LLC
With over 33 years of combined experience in executive protection and military service, Jerry's career began when he joined the United States Army in 1992. He quickly rose through the ranks, receiving multiple awards, ribbons, and commendations for his service. His deployments include assisting DEA on joint JTF-6 counter-drug Interdiction operations along the Mexico border in 1995, Operation Desert Spring conducting (IPB) Intelligence preparation of the Battlefield prior to the Iraq invasion in 2002, and two tours in Afghanistan during Operation Enduring Freedom in 2009 and 2010. Following his honorable discharge, Jerry entered the realm of Private Military Contracting, where he led a MRAP detail team providing mobile protection for Department of State personnel in Afghanistan's Kandahar and Helmand provinces. In 2016, he transitioned to the private sector as a security contractor delivering close protection services for dignitaries, political figures, and Fortune 500 clients at political events across the country. Recently, he has been involved in numerous missions in Eagle Pass, Brownsville, and El Paso, Texas, supporting "Operation Lone Star" at the Southern border.
